Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Canada) — Canada Post

  • Express Shipping: 2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5 business days

International Shipping (Worldwide) — DHL

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided or delivery fails:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Re-shipping fees may apply
  • Refunds will not be issued

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, Proverbial Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
