At Proverbial Beauty, we are dedicated to providing premium-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic and lip products, all lip plumpers are Final Sale. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

We do not offer refunds or store credit for:

• Opened or used products

• Change of mind or personal preference (including texture, scent, or level of plumping effect)

• Customer error (such as incorrect shipping address or ordering the wrong product)

This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of the products delivered to every customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To qualify:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide clear photos or video of the issue, including packaging

3. Include your Full Name and Order Number

Resolution:

Once approved, we will issue a complimentary replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. This applies only when the issue is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.

Sensitivity & Allergic Reactions: 

We strongly encourage customers to review the full ingredient list on our website prior to use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

While refunds are not provided for personal reactions, we may review cases individually if:

• Reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Photo evidence is provided

• Product remains largely unused

If approved, compensation will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Shipping, Loss, & Delays:

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Proverbial Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Lost in Transit:

• For International Orders, please contact DHL at 1-855-345-7447

• For Domestic Orders, please contact Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301

• Shipping Delays: Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
